Continuing on with the Warrior series of poses, today is the Warrior II pose. This is my favorite out of the Warrior series! Start off in a five-pointed star with your arms out to the side. Turn one foot out and slowly sink into Warrior II. Make sure your knee is directly over your ankle. Keep your arms strong and look out over the middle finger of your front hand. Keep your torso straight up and down, don’t lean towards your front foot.
I like to transition into revolved warrior a few times in this pose. You can do that by bending backwards towards your back leg and placing your back hand on your leg. Pull your top arm up towards the back of the room. You can flow through this sequence a few times to get the hang of it.
