Today’s pose is a side angle. This is a nice stretch that can be incorporated in your Warrior I, II and II sequences. I like to start out in Warrior I or II then placing my outside arm down on the ground by my front foot. Lift your inside arm up strong and make sure your upper body is open and facing out nicely. If this is difficult grab a black for your bottom hand. Blocks are your friends! Never feel ashamed to use them. I do all the time!
