I am starting off my week with the Triangle pose. Start off in Warrior I or II pose. Straighten your front foot and fold over your leg keeping them straight. I like to use blocks to frame my foot and keep my legs straight. I have a tendency to bend my front leg if my hands are directly on the ground. From their flow into your triangle pose by keeping your outside hand on the front foot (or leg or a block). Keep your body opened up and your arms strong. If you feel your body hunching forward and your chest closing in grab a block or move your bottom hand up higher to accommodate.
