Today’s pose is the half moon pose. This pose is a bit tricky to do and my attempts at trying it were cut short by my lack of balance. There are a few ways to get into this pose. The first way I have learned is through Warrior III pose. Simply place one hand on the ground and turn your leg and body out. Another way you can get into this pose is through Warrior II into side angle. Keep your hand on the ground and pick up your back leg.
