Today’s pose is plow pose. This pose feels great on my back! I like to follow shoulder stand pose with plow. After an amazing yoga class last night, I am getting back to my at-home yoga practice with a new perspective. Last night my instructor encouraged us to take advanced yoga classes with an open mind. That prompted me to try some poses I have never tried before.
When I am in this pose in class, I use blocks to rest my feet on since they don’t quite touch the floor. Blocks are a great tool you can use in your practice to help you get into the poses and train your body with ease. Never fear use of blocks or straps. They help tremendously!
