The past few months I have been going to yoga on a weekly basis. I go to yoga weekly in order to tame my stresses, relax my mind and body mid-week and work on my flexibility. Once a week doesn’t feel like enough to get me to the stage I want to be at with my yoga practice so I decided to create a challenge for myself. I will still attend my weekly yoga class as usual but I will practice my yoga every single day of July and work on mastering these poses below. I challenge myself because I always say I am going to practice yoga at home then I don’t ever do it. For this challenge to be successful, I had to dedicate a room in my house where I can lay my mat down, turn the lights off, light some candles and go through my practice in peace. (No dogs or husbands allowed!) It will be a room for myself to focus on my practice and achieve this monthly yoga challenge goal!

Today is the 1st day of July so I will be starting with Mountain Pose. Since I have class tonight, I will post a picture afterwards!
