Judd loves chicken! He would eat chicken every single day of the week if I let him. But unlike him, I get very bored with plain chicken. I couldn’t eat it every single day. So in my quest to perfect my cooking skills and recipe box I started to research new ways to make chicken. I came across this Pinterest pin for Man-Pleasing Chicken courtesy of Witty in The City. Automatically I was sold on the recipe title! When I checked out the ingredients I saw how easy it was to make and started my grocery list. It was the perfect recipe for simple chicken with great flavor.
Rice Wine Vinegar
Steps: In a bowl combine dijon mustard, rice wine vinegar and maple syrup until combined. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and place chicken thighs in an 8×8 baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken thighs and bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is 165 degrees. Top with rosemary and serve.
This recipe was the BOMB! It took minimal time to mix together and while it was baking I had time to do other things. This simple chicken recipe was moist and flavorful with the mustard/maple syrup/vinegar mixture baked on top. We poured extra mixture over our chicken because it tasted so good. I served this dish with brown rice and french cut green beans. We will be making this recipe again for sure! It’s safe to say my man was pleased with this recipe and so was I!
