It’s so rewarding to do nice things for others. Say you’re sitting in a very crowded drive thru line at Starbucks. Pay for the car behind you.
Put Down The Devices
We are all guilty of having our phones in our faces everywhere. This year, try to put them down more. Have a device-free evening at home with your family or a device-free dinner. Our phones are NOT family!
Spend Quality Time With Family
And not just during the holidays! It can be hard especially if you live far from family. Schedule a weekly Skype/Facetime session with your family.
Take Care of Yourself
You only get one body and one life. Treat it right! Eat foods that are good for you. But it’s okay to treat yourself to cake every once in a while! Exercise a few times a week. Walking the mall counts! And get some rest. Your body needs it!
