January is coming to a close so today I am going to recap some things I loved this month. It was an exhausting month filled with multiple family visits and even a birthday celebration. I do miss our families but I’m looking forward to a little down time in February.
Binging…Season 4 of Grace & Frankie
A suggestion from my brother last year was to watch Grace & Frankie. I blew through season 1-3 in October and part of November. Instantly I was hooked! I was eagerly awaiting season 4 to drop and sure enough it did a few weeks ago! I’ve been binging it ever since!
Watching…Spreading Happiness Through Socks
One of my Facebook friends shared a video about a young man in Long Island, NY named John. John has downs syndrome. When he graduated from high school he decided to start a business with his dad selling fun socks. Not only does his company employ 8 people with some form of disability they also donate 5% of sales to the Special Olympics.
The video prompted me to check out John’s Crazy Socks and I ended up finding a cute pair of Boston Terrier socks perfect for Judd! He sometimes wears fun socks under his dress pants for work and I figure these ones would be perfect.
Wearing…My Latest Stitch Fix Obsession
A few weeks ago I received my 3rd Stitch Fix box. One of the items I kept was this adorable boucle pullover. I love wearing chunky sweaters when its cold outside and this one is perfect! I love to pair it with my faux leather leggings, another Stitch Fix obsession from my October box.
Listening…Justin Timberlake’s New Song Filthy
I like to say that JT gets better with age. Remember his N’Sync days? His curly-top days are far behind him and he’s back with a new hit just in time for the Super Bowl. When I first heard this song I couldn’t help but dance…in my chair at work. I cannot wait for the new album to drop!
