It’s day 13 of my yoga challenge and today I am bringing you triangle pose or Trikonasana. This is a great posture to strengthen every part of the body from your legs to your core and shoulders. I love how long my body feels in this posture. It’s also a great way to work on opening up your chest and keeping your posture open.
Start in Crescent Lunge or Warrior I or II. Windmill your hands down to frame your front foot and straighten your knee. Place your hand on the floor or a block by your front foot and lift your opposite arm up to the ceiling. Open your chest up nice and with every breath stretch longer with your arms.
