It’s day 19 of our yoga challenge and today I am doing Boat pose or Navasana. This posture is great for your abdominal muscles. Begin in a seated position with your knees bent and feet planted on your mat. Gently lift your legs off the mat either in a bent position or strait. Extend your arms directly out in front of you or lift them up overhead. This is a great posture to hold during your practice for a great ab workout.
Some days I have a tendency to shake in Boat Pose. But I love this posture because it really forces you to work your abs, arms and legs at the same time.
