It’s the 24th day of my yoga challenge and today both Gus and I are bringing you Bow Pose or Dhanurasana. That’s right, I got Gus to help me finish out the poses for my challenge! Bow pose is an intense backbend. Start by laying on your stomach on your mat with your arms by your sides. Gently lift your chest off the ground along with your legs and grab your feet.
This posture is still a challenge for me as my back is still lacking in flexibility. However it has gotten better with practice! My next goal is to work on lifting my chest up and pulling my legs up higher. Gus looks a little unimpressed with my pose…he’s a bit critical of my yoga practice!
