Happy Sunday! Today is the 28th day of my yoga challenge and I am here to bring you Plow Pose or Halasana. Similar to Shoulder Stand, I used to play around with this one as a kid joking around in my living room while watching tv. Flash forward to the present and this posture is a bit of a struggle for me. Begin on your back in shoulder stand. Take a deep breath and gently lower your legs towards your face. Place them on the ground behind you or place them on a block.
Hold this posture for as long as you feel. It’s a great cap to class before shavasana or corpse pose. This is a posture that I am trying to work on. With practice makes progress!
