We have finally made it! The final day of my yoga challenge is capped off with Crow Pose or Kakasana. I saved my favorite pose for last! Crow is a pose that I used to think was impossible and would avoid trying at all costs. Until one day I decided to play around with it in my living room and I balanced for a few seconds. I squealed! I like to get into this pose through Garland pose. After a few breaths I place my hands down in front of me and shift my weight forward. My knee placement still needs some work but I’m getting there!
This posture may seem daunting but the great thing about yoga is it doesn’t hurt to try! I have a long way to improve upon this posture but I am so excited to keep playing with it!
